4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In that case, we will provide a free return shipping label.


6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service team.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us in advance to check product availability. If the item is in stock, we will provide the necessary instructions to proceed with the exchange.


8. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
