⚙️ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer two shipping tiers to get your gear to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 - 10 Business Days

  • Express Shipping: 5 - 7 Business Days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is significantly delayed or you have concerns about its status, please reach out to us immediately.
